RETURNS:

Unfortunately our garments are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND. A store credit will be issued upon contacting us within 48 hours of the delivery of your garment. 

 

EXCHANGES:

To initiate the exchange process, please email us at TheGarmentGuru.info@gmail.com with your order number. Garments must remain unworn, unsoiled and unwashed with the tags intact.  

 

TheGarmentGuru reserves the right to refuse, repair, or replace your garment.  

 

TheGarmentGuru does not cover return shipping costs. Our customers are responsible for the expense of shipping both to and from our facility. 

 

TURN AROUND TIME:

Processing times vary for each garment. The majority of our garments are processed within 3-5 business days and will ship within 3-5 business days once your garment has been processed. Please email TheGarmentGuru.info@gmail.com pertaining to any questions regarding shipping.
